THE SPACE

After 10 months of re-design and construction on an industrial Brooklyn warehouse on Ten Eyck Street, S.301 (formerly known as Studio 301 NYC) opened its doors in June 2014 for the annual Bushwick Open Studios arts festival. Initially plotted to host art gallery shows and film shoots primarily, after just a few weeks, the space was introduced by word-of-mouth to a new world of creative professionals based in all lanes of the arts.

The 2,500 square foot provides a unique space with immense potential, and production resources for projects of any scale.  We believe in the relevance of a right environment for artists to realize their visions.

Starting in January 2018, S.301 will curate monthly engaging moments for the community including movie screenings, art workshops and member marketplaces.
